एक बार एक बड़ी कंपनी के ऑफिस के बिलकुल पास में एक समोसे की मशहूर दुकान थी। तो आते जाते कंपनी के कर्मचारी और प्रबंधक वगैरह वहां समोसे खाने या लेने आते रहते थे, एक दिन एक प्रबंधक ने देखा की समोसे की बिक्री बहुत ज्यादा है और दुकान के मालिक के साथ उसके बेटे भी इस काम में लगे हैं। प्रबंधक ने समय देखकर मालिक से कहा कि बेटो को पढ़ाओ लिखाओ काबिल बनाओ कब तक ऐसे ही अपनी तरह समोसे बिकवाओगे?
दुकानदार ने जवाब दिया, कि आपने कहां तक पढ़ाई की है, जवाब में प्रबंधक महोदय ने गर्व से नामी गिरामी संस्थानों का नाम बताया और अपने सालों के प्रबंधन अनुभव को भी साझा किया।

दुकानदार ने फिर से कहा, कि आपने इतना ज्ञान,इतना अनुभव हासिल किया लेकिन आपके बेटे को फिर से जीरो से ही शुरुआत करनी पड़ेगी, आप अपनी सेवानिवृत्ति वाले दिन अपने बेटे को अपनी पोजीशन नही दे पाएंगे और आपका बेटा भी आपकी तरह सारी जिंदगी खर्च करके प्रबंधक या उससे अधिक किसी पद से सेवानिवृत होगा।
लेकिन मेरे साथ ऐसा नही होगा, मैने इस दुकान को आज इस स्तर पर प्रसिद्ध किया है, यहां से मेरे बेटे इसे और आगे ले जायेंगे, हो सकता है इस शहर में मेरी और शाखाएं भी खोल दें, मेरी शुरुआत समोसे बनाने और ग्राहक को देने से हुई थी आज मेरे बेटे समोसे बनाते नही है बल्कि इसका प्रबंधन देखते हैं।

So while coming and going, the employees and managers of the company used to come there to eat or take samosas, one day a manager noticed that the sale of samosas is very high and along with the owner of the shop, his sons are also engaged in this work. Seeing the time, the manager told the owner to teach his sons, make them capable, how long will you sell samosas like this?
The shopkeeper replied, how far have you studied, in response the manager proudly named the renowned institutions and also shared his years of management experience.
The shopkeeper again said that you have gained so much knowledge, so much experience but your son will have to start again from zero, you will not be able to give your position to your son on the day of your retirement and your son will also spend his whole life like you. shall retire from the rank of Manager or above.
