 સૌને વરસાદ મુબારક.......

દળ કટક લઈ ઉતર્યા વાદળ ઘણાં વરસાદમાં,

માણસો લઈને ફરે, શસ્ત્ર વામણા વરસાદમાં;

ક્યાંક ખુલી ગૈ બારીઓ આબોહવાની ઓથ લૈ,

ક્યાંક ચોંટી ગયા સજ્જડ , બારણાં વરસાદમાં;

જોઈને દબદબો શેકાતી મકાઈનો, સંકોચથી-

કોથળે ગયા સંતાઈ આ સિંગ ચણા,વરસાદમાં;

શ્હેર આખુંય સંતાઈને જોયાં કરે બંધ બારણે,

ભીંજાય છડેચોક કોણ બે જણા વરસાદમાં;

થઈ ગઈ વરાળ, આ વાછટ અડતાંવેંત અંગને,

સળગી ઉઠયા છે બદનમાં તાપણા, વરસાદમાં;

ભડકે બળે વસ્તી બધી આ ભીંજવતી આગમાં,

ખોટી પડે બધાની, બધીય ધારણા વરસાદમાં;

મોજ માણો આ ઋતુની, તમે ટીવીના સ્ક્રીન પર,

આપણા ભાગે અમિત, સંભારણા વરસાદમાં;

Clouds descended in lots of rains with Cuttack,

Men carry weapons in rain;

Somewhere the windows opened due to the weather,

Sticked somewhere tight, doors in the rain;

Seeing the burning corns, with hesitation-

These horns went hiding in the sack, in the rain;

The whole city hiding and watching at the closed door,

Who two people get wet in the rain;

Steam has been done, this vaghat touches the body,

The heat has burnt in the body, in the rain;

All the population burns in this wet fire,

Everyone goes wrong, all assumptions in rain;

Enjoy this season, you on the TV screen,
